Course Description:

Week 1 : Grammar
Grammar is most essential in English examination, no matter in writing or comprehension part. So, Grammar will be taught in the first week.

Week 2 : Writing (Paper 2 Section C)
Students will learn how to write some common types of essay appeared in UPSR. After the classes, they are required to memorize. It is hoped that, with the grammar knowledge in previous class, together with the model essays memorized, they will be able to “play around” with words with correct grammar to write their own essays.

Week 3 : Writing (Paper 2 Section C)

Week 4 : Writing (Paper 2 Section C)

Week 5 : Vocab (Paper 1)
The strategy to score well in Paper 1 is to know vocabularies as many as possible. Some people may say most of the questions in Paper 1 is about understanding and application, but it is believed that students with normal level of IQ would be able to do it, so the problem reduced to whether the students can understand the questions or to be more accurate, to understand the vocabularies.

Week 6 : Vocab (Paper 1)

Week 7 : Vocab (Paper 1)

Week 8 : Extracting Information (Paper 2 Section A & B)
This part is easy. Most students can handle, even when they are weak at grammar and vocabulary because it is only about looking for related words from information given. That is why this part was being planned to be taught in the last class.
